I am currently working alongside a well-established social housing contractor who are looking forward to welcome a planned bathroom site supervisor to their team based in the Welwyn Garden City.

Job Description

• Planned works supervisor
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am until 16:00pm inc a one hour break per day.
• Duties include: Leading trade individuals to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget with zero harm or risks.
• Managing day to day resident relations by working with the resident liaison officer to confirm customer requirements and resolving issues with residents if required.
• Reviewing the progress on site on the planned programme and budget. Providing reports for management and stakeholders.
• Available to start ASAP
• Working alongside a well-established social housing contractor who are growing.
• Temp to perm basis - Three month temporary contract and then you will transition into a permanent placement.
• Weekly pay (Every Friday, starting from the Friday after you begin.)
• Salary up to £35,000 PA. (D.O.E)

• The successful individual is required to have experience operating within social housing repairs or similar.
• The successful individual must have strong IT skills.
• The successful individual must be flexible with working unsocial hours (If required) and be happy to travel to local regional offices.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Office is situated in Welwyn Garden City.
• Permanent position at the end of the thirteen weeks.
