We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a Special Educational Needs & Mental Health (SEMH) School located in Lincoln. This is a long-term to permanent position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Position Details:
* Role: Support staff or teaching assistant in SEMH setting
* Location: Lincoln
* Contract: Long-term with potential to go permanent
* Start Date: ASAP
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Essential Requirements:
* Team Teach trained (essential for de-escalation and positive behaviour management)
* Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs
* Ability to build rapport and work in a nurturing, therapeutic environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges
