Position: SERVICE PERFORMANCE MANAGER – HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SECTOR

Location: BIRMINGHAM

Salary: c£50K - £60K PER ANNUM - NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Hours: FULL TIME

Coben Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a flourishing, dynamic and innovative care provider, who are expanding at an exponential rate.

Due to continued growth, they are in the market for an accomplished & commercially astute Service Performance Manager, to be a part of their Head Office and Operations Function in Birmingham.

Job Requirements:

They are seeking a seasoned candidate with a Health & Social Care sector background to develop both data driven and soft KPIs, to design & establish high quality service provisions, as well as analysing and monitoring ongoing progress.

The successful candidate will collaborate, support and offer guidance to the Senior Management Team, as well as making informed & measured recommendations in driving performance metrics.

You will review feedback from service users, families and stakeholders and strive to provide first class service levels, with laser focus.

- Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to convey objectives and expectations.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Manage team dynamics, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
- Prepare reports on team performance and present findings to senior management.
