Our client, a Specialist Facilities Management company based in Crawley, South East England, is seeking a Permanent Electrical Contracts Manager.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and supporting the delivery of the business plan.

Your role will also involve managing the completion of project activities, inspections, and certifications, as well as ensuring cost-effective use of materials. Your customer-focused responsibilities will include addressing customer issues, maintaining accurate customer data, and providing timely certifications. It is essential to demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators.

Key Requirements:
  • Possess full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (It is expected that all jobs will be no more then 2 hours from Crawley)
  • City and Guilds 2394 and 2395 or City and Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect
  • 18th Edition qualified to amendment 2
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified and City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent
  • Test & Inspection experience
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

The role offers a company car, phone, and laptop, and the company, a PLC with 11-35 employees, provides a supportive environment where flexibility and continuous improvement are encouraged.
