• Annual Salary: £25,000

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00

The Role:

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will:

• Log new service calls and liaise with customers via the SAP Service Module.
• Plan daily schedules for your allocated service technicians to meet customer needs.
• Maintain the SAP database, including sites and equipment.
• Update customers on open or ongoing repairs and orders.
• Liaise with other internal departments as necessary.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
• Essential scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A professional and courteous telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
