Service Advisor

Recruit Central are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our client in South Croydon.
Our client is looking for someone who must have experience working within the automotive industry with good technical knowledge to be able to converse with our customers.
You will be required to deal with our customers face to face, via telephone and email to book vehicles in for services and MOT's plus any other repairs required. You will also need to be technical minded so you can assist and explain issues with vehicle issues to the customers. You need to be an excellent communicator and IT Literate for this role.
This role would be suitable for a experienced technician who is looking to come off the tools into a customer facing role or a aftersales workshop controller.
Main job responsibilities
Meet & Greet Customer via phone, email or in person. Contact them when car is ready or if extra work required
Raise job cards, Raise quotes for work, Order Parts and keep stock levels up,
Speak to customer on a technical level.
Maintain contact with technicians on work progress.
Driving Licence essential.
Basic Salary:
Up to £38k ote Per Annum

Working Hours:
08:00 am - 18:00 pm Monday - Friday No Weekends
