Specialist Contractor working with some truly innovative £multi-million projects seek multiple BMS Engineer to join their team. This business has established itself over several years to become a leader in its field, working on projects throughout the world, providing a full turnkey solution.

As BMS Engineer, you will be:

• Providing service and commissioning support to your colleagues
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting, using primarily Trend and Tridium BMS Systems
• Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections
• Using email and phone applications, providing quick answers to simple controls issues
• As you will also be working on more complex problems, you will be providing written instructions and technical manuals
• Working with Subcontractors on site, you will help ensure projects stay on programme and to the relevant quality standards

Are you:

• Qualified in Electrical Installation or Controls Software Engineering or with the equivalent practical experience
• Experienced in a technical support role, ideally in the data centre or IT infrastructure industry, with real hands-on experience (both for resolving technical issues and system commissioning)
• Familiar with computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues as well as more complex problems
• Possessing good working knowledge of remote desktop applications
• A good communicator, both written and verbal, able to provide step-by-step technical help
• Experienced with Tridium AX, N4 and Trend
• Able to travel to customer sites along the M4 corridor
