The Burford Recruitment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time PA/ Housekeeper on a self-employed basis, to support a busy family in their private home located near Banbury.

Our client is looking for someone 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Wednesday however, flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Diary Management: Efficiently manage the household calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth coordination of activities
• Event Planning: Organise and manage dinner parties and other gatherings, coordinating with other staff, and overseeing the event execution
• Errand Running: Perform various errands as required, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and managing deliveries
• Household Management: Maintain the tidiness of the property, including making beds and ensuring the farmhouse is always presentable
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the household and external service providers, facilitating clear and efficient communication
• Email management and Expenses collation

Skills and attributes required

• Proven experience as a PA/ Housekeeper within a private household
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules
• Compassionate and understanding, especially in a family environment
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• High level of discretion and confidentiality

Additional Information 

• £22 per hour 
• 9am to 5pm, Monday to Wednesday (flexibility required)
• Self-Employed
