School Caretaker (Minibus driver) - Alcester
Full-time (52 weeks per year); Permanent; 37 hours per week (unpaid lunch break) plus additional hours as and when required
Pay Band D - SCP 5 - 6; £23,500 to £23,893 per annum Salary Grade 3 SCP 5 - 6 (£12.18 to £12.38 plus holiday pay enhancement)

Our client is a family of 17 schools across Warwickshire and Worcestershire, all part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham. They aim to create new ways of working as people from across different schools with unique skills and a wide range of experiences come together to provide the highest quality of education for every child and young person we serve.  They are looking to recruit a Caretaker, to be based at their High School in Alcester.  
 
They are looking for:
- Ability to work under broad direction and laid down procedures.
- Responsible for managing caretaking services to all buildings forming the school site, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Responsible for undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs.
- Drive school minibus.
- Contributes to the school's statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
