Role Overview:
The Mechanical Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing mechanical projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in the building services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
