This main contractor is rapidly growing and has an annual turnover of circa £700milion. This Principal contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a health care project in Oxford.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:

• Number one on a project circa £60million with Concrete frame structure
• Experience in the Commercial and Life Science sector on projects of a similar value
• Facade experience preferable
• Seen a project through from cradle to grave - from involvement with PCSA, working alongside the design team, ground works through to delivery and handover
• Responsible for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
• Understanding the contract requirements as set out by the tender documentation and understanding the project conditions of the contract
• Lead subcontractor procurement process and appointed in a timely manner

Requirements for the Project Manager role:

• Ideally come from a Degree Qualified background
• Civil Engineering background in desired
• Been a number one on site on projects of a similar value
• Strong on Project Programming and delivery
• Superstar of the future who is actively seeking further career development and progression
