Salary: £27000-£34000 (dependent on experience)

I am working with a RIBA chartered practice to find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a friendly team in Birmingham. The practice predominantly works on projects within the Residential sector, from housing estates to bespoke homes, alongside some Commercial and Retail projects.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant UK based experience in industry and should have excellent technical skills. You will have a portfolio full of exceptional designs and will be confident using AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
- Significant post qualification experience is required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Residential experience is beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
- Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great technical abilities
- Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Proficient using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe
