Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, typical day-to-day site duties will include:

• Management of all site activity day to day.
• Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers.
• Providing first-class customer service through walkarounds/handovers.
• Responsible for all health and safety and NHBC-related activity on site.
• Proactive mentoring of Assistant Site Manager on site.
• We are looking for candidates who are goal-focused, methodical thinkers, enjoy working with the public and delivering on customer care, have a real passion and flair for delivering quality homes and enjoy maintaining a tidy site compound!

A proven track record delivering new build construction projects is a must given the nature of this role and it would certainly be desirable if you had experience in the housing industry. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are also required for this role.
