Pertemps are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a manufacturing company in based in Kidderminster. Working on a temporary to permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for welding and a desire to grow within the team. The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to a respected company while developing their skills in a supportive environment.

The Duties of a TIG Welder:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to meet project specifications.
• Ensure precision welding with high-quality finishes in line with industry standards.
• Conduct inspections of welds to maintain consistent quality control.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with other fabricators, welders, and engineers to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workplace.

The Requirements of a TIG Welder:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder
• Proficient in welding various metals, including stainless steel and aluminium.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
