Freelance Project / Senior QS required ASAP for Tier One Contractor on 2bn Euro major project in Germany

One of my key clients, a Tier One Contractor/Developer is looking for a Project QS / Senior QS / Commercial Manager to work on a major 2bn Euro mixed-use project in Germany, consisting of retail shopping centre, hotels, cinema, 1500 residential apartments etc.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a main contractor background on major projects, preferably with experience of working in Germany. An EU / German Passport or eligibility to work in Germany is an advantage.

The role will involve working within the commercial team managing subcontractor packages to final account.

The contract duration will be c.6 months with the potential for longer-term work on another of the clients projects, whether in London or Europe.

A good daily rate will be paid along with flights / travel, hotels, subsistence etc.
