• Engage Students: Deliver high-quality, hands-on lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills in design and technology for students across KS3 and KS4.
• Inspire Innovation: Encourage students to explore various materials and techniques, guiding them through projects that spark their imagination and enhance their problem-solving abilities.
• Develop Curriculum: Contribute to the development of a cutting-edge Design and Technology curriculum that is relevant and engaging, incorporating contemporary practices and emerging technologies.
• Support Student Growth: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each student reach their full potential.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You should have a strong background in teaching Design and Technology, with a focus on both theory and practical application.
• Passion for Design: A genuine enthusiasm for the subject and the ability to inspire that passion in students of all abilities.
• Creativity and Innovation: You are a forward-thinking educator who embraces new ideas and technologies in the classroom, creating an engaging learning environment.
