As Quality & Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Contract Manager in ensuring the services provided by our client consistently meets all contractual obligations and business objectives.

This is a 12 month FTC role.

As Quality & Assurance Manager, your focus will be on maintaining high standards of service delivery while ensuring that documentation and records are fully compliant with both quality and regulatory requirements.

This is a vital role where you will work to maintain service excellence, ensuring that all quality processes are adhered to and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to all staff within CCC-L services to ensure they perform their roles efficiently and in compliance with our client, Trust standards, and relevant legislation, meeting service and quality objectives
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Trust, PropCare, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Plan and prepare service quality and performance monitoring activities
  • Assist the line manager in implementing company initiatives, reports, and service improvement proposals
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained, addressing both long-term objectives and short-term/emergency needs within budget and contract specifications, through recruitment/assessment centers
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to identify assessor learning needs and create individual development plans
  • Conduct service quality monitoring, report findings to the line manager, and assist in corrective action implementation where necessary
