Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Travel Allowance

About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of fit-out projects ranging in value from £500k to £5m. These projects will cover a range of sectors, including commercial fit-outs, CAT A & B office fit-outs, as well as retail and hospitality projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Salary & Package:
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Travel Allowance
- Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays
- Pension scheme
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects up to £5m+
- Strong organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A team player with excellent communication skills
