We are looking for recruitment consultants to join the Meridian family and help play their part in one of the UK’s leading multi-sector recruitment companies.
 
This is a full-time sales role for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Built Environment division team in Teddington, Southwest London.

A successful applicant for the position of recruitment consultant would be enthusiastic, naturally competitive, and hungry to gain financial rewards. They would also need to be resilient and tenacious in character to thrive in this demanding position.
 
Recruitment Consultants would be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of warm and cold clients
• Collaborating with a talented team of labour managers to fulfil the clients' needs
• Staying updated on the industry to win new business
• Managing your own desk with canvass calls, site visits and head office visits

 
Criteria:

• A background in temporary and/or permanent recruitment in the Construction, M&E or associated sectors would be highly beneficial, but we would consider talented individuals with a flair for sales in other industries/sectors
• Must have current driving license and own car
• A confident and hard-working individual
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
