Hybrid Community Post Covid Physiotherapist – East Somerset – Band 6

We are looking for a Physiotherapist in the East Somerset area with experience in working in the community! There are gaps in a service in Somerset on the community Post Covid rehab team and they are looking for someone to work (phone number removed) hours per week to cover for 6+ months. For this role you need to have enough experience which will allow you to work independently on your own caseload. You will be independently assessing, formulating specialised treatment plans, write assessment reports, and provide appropriate intervention for patients with Post Covid19 Syndrome & ME/CFS. This role is hybrid with only 1 or 2 days needed to be on site doing visits or in the office.
