It is paramount that you have created and implemented processes and frameworks, and any experience with process unification within merged businesses will be highly advantageous.

Your communication skills must be first-class, with an ability to bring stakeholders at all levels on-board with process, and the importance of compliance.

  • Professional certification in compliance, such as CIPP/E, ICA, or similar, preferred.
  • Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, ideally within financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR), AML regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
