A well-established multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy are looking for a driven Chartered Building Surveyor to join their successful Bristol office.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the Chartered Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a number of high-profile, education and university projects, with an emphasis on multi-million-pound refurbishment and new build schemes.
The Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing project management and contract administration services.

- MRICS qualification
- Previous experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Experience across the education sector is beneficial but not essential
- Project delivery experience is key
