We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in Tamworth B78 3HJ.

**Permanent contract opportunities available**

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Day shift: £12.14 per hour
• Night shift: £13.36 per hour
• Day Overtime rate: £16.44 per hour
• Night overtime rate: £17.77 per hour
• If you work on Reach trucks, there is a bonus of 38p-41p per hour
• If you work on VNA trucks, there is a bonus of 76p-84p per hour

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

You will be working 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, 3 days off

• Day shift: 6am until 6pm
• Night shift: 6pm until 6am

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Primarily using PPT/LLOP trucks
• Upskill training to use Reach and VNA trucks
• Using pick equipment to complete order before transporting to loading.
• Loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Picking orders within set time frames, ensuring all picking standards have been met.
• Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 20 kilos as part of the picking process. Items are grocery products.
• Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail.
• Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day-to-day challenges.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

You must have experience working on PPTs or LLOPs. All workers will use PPT/LLOPs from day 1. Other MHEs such as Reach and VNA trucks are used throughout the site, upskilled training may be available for this.
