Mason Frank are proud to partner with a global education business who are actively recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their internal Software engineering team.
As the lead developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to create innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce applications, solutions, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business partners to design and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior developers.
- Ensure proper design, coding standards, and best practices are followed.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Highly experienced in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration's.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working on complex salesforce orgs that required a lot of code
Benefits:
- Remote UK, therefore you would need to reside in the UK to be eligible
- Base salary range £70,000 to £75,000 + benefits
