Mason Frank are proud to partner with a global education business who are actively recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their internal Software engineering team.

As the lead developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to create innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce applications, solutions, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business partners to design and deliver effective solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers.
  • Ensure proper design, coding standards, and best practices are followed.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Highly experienced in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration's.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working on complex salesforce orgs that required a lot of code
