Due to on-going business development, a construction consultancy is currently looking for a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their London office.

Assistant Project Manager

The successful Assistant Project Manager will be involved in assisting in the administration of Healthcare, Residential, and Hotels Projects that can value up to £60m.

Daily responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager include scheduling appointments, design management to support the delivery of feasibility studies, and tracking the project's progress from start to finish.

Assistant Project Manager Requirements

  • Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree.
  • 12+ months construction Project Management experience
  • Working towards professional chartership RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE
  • Previous Construction Consultancy Experience
  • Well spoken, eager to learn
