Architectural Technician

Location: Slough

Salary: £29000-£36000 (dependent on experience)

My client is searching for a motivated and positive Architectural Technician to join their RIBA chartered practice in Slough. The friendly team focuses on providing high-quality, creative designs for every client and has an exceptional reputation across the UK which is shown by the practice having a wide range of repeat clients.

The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient UK based experience and will have good knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will have excellent communication skills and should have a positive, proactive attitude. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Sufficient UK based experience, post qualification
  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Able to demonstrate the CIAT standards
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Care sector experience is beneficial
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Confident working independently or as part of a team
  • Liaise with clients to provide tailormade designs
  • Liaise with contractors whilst visiting sites
  • Live locally to Slough
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
