Qualified Social Worker - Looked After Children

We are looking for qualified social workers, with at least 2-year post qualification experience, in Children social care to join Brent's Looked After Children Service. Successful candidates will be part of a service that is responsible for the council Corporate Parenting responsibilities. You will support Brent's vision of improving outcomes for their young people by creating genuine partnerships with children, young people, parents and carers. You will work in partnership with families and other agencies to provide effective and coordinated childcare services. At Brent, the voice of the child is always heard, and the views of their young people are at the heart of all case planning. You will be part of an established service that practice in a trauma informed way. You will be provided with regular monthly supervision, annual appraisals, and excellent training opportunities to help you grow your career and reach your full potential.
