Position Overview:
We are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic team based in a firm in Aberdeen. If you have up to one year of post-qualification experience and a passion for private client work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Assist in the administration of estates and trust management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the growth of the private client department.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 1 year PQE) with experience in private client matters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
