ADMINISTRATOR (SERVICE DEPT)

BOLTON

£25,500 PER ANNUM

PERMANENT

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to join our established client based in the Bolton area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email regarding their new and ongoing warranty claims within the service department
  • Submitting new claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently
  • Uploading documentation and data onto various systems and portals
  • Managing ongoing claims efficiently, ensuring these are processed in line with agreed timescales to maintain customer and manufacturer satisfaction
  • Obtaining required parts & coordinating labour in line with customer repair schedules
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times to ensure a positive service is maintained

The successful candidate will have experience working in the servicing / warranty department of a business, have excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
