Job Title: Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Salary: OTE £50,000 - £100,000

Location: Norwich

About our clients and the role:

Swarm Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established, Directly authorised  independent mortgage firm looking to expand their team. Our clients have been successfully helping people with their financial needs for over 30 years, and have a large number of loyal customers that need to be serviced.

Our clients are looking for individuals to join on a Self-employed basis. You will be required to travel into the office twice a month for meetings. Due to our clients being a directly authorised firm, it means the process is much quicker and no commission is lost from the business!

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours, giving advisers a great work-life balance whilst staying accessible to clients.
• Work from Home, 2 meetings a month in the office in Norwich

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
• Fully CeMap qualified or equivalent qualifications
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated to succeed and provide outstanding client support

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Provide expert advice to clients on a range of mortgage and protection products.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage and protection regulations.
