Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services or similar looking for an autonomous, varied role offering hybrid working, direct progression routes and the opportunity to work with an exciting client base?

This Building Services Consultancy established themselves 30 years ago, and now have offices across the UK. They have seen continued expansion and as such are looking to add an Electrical Design Engineer to their team as they continue to work on exciting projects across the residential and commercial sectors.

In this autonomous role you will closely with a team, supporting trainees and working closely with other Electrical designers throughout the process, liaising with clients, conducting project review meetings as well as attending occasional site visits. This role also offers excellent progression routes, the option to work hybrid, flexitime and company funded training.

This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in Building Services or similar, looking to advance their career in a company offering an excellent work life balance, as well as additional opportunities for progression.

The Role:

• Managing the design process from conception to completion.
• Work closely with a team of designers, assisting in the support of trainees.
• Heading up project review meetings.
• Liaising with clients and conducting occasional site visits.

The Person:

• Experience as an Electrical Designer.
• Background in Building Services or similar.
• Commutable to Birmingham.
