This is not your typical consultant role, the clients we work with are small to medium sized businesses who recruit in smaller volumes and look for quality. We do not manage large volume accounts and therefore there is no need for you to work 24 hours per day, in fact we work a 35 hour working week.

As a recruitment consultant you will be joining a team who have worked extensively in the local area for over 20 years and are focused on further developing their presence in the Wiltshire area.

If you are a talented communicator, or have previously worked in customer service, business development telemarketing or telesales, then our extensive training and development programs will give you all the tools you need to succeed. If you have drive, passion and a positive attitude, then we can help you with the rest.

Our consultants cover the full 360 recruitment role supported by the office administrator who will undertake all administration duties on your behalf leaving you the time to build your desk.

• Making calls to current and potential agency users
• Calling around to meet local agency users
• Arranging appointments to meet new and current clients on site to understand their job vacancies
• Interviewing candidates and matching their skills and aspirations to your clients current and potential needs.
• Working as part of a small and supportive team
• Account managing the recruitment for existing clients
