360 Recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Engineers for a Food Manufacturing business. This position is a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a schedule for preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and systems are always in optimal working condition.
- Regularly inspect and assess the condition of equipment, including conveyors, packaging machines, mixers, and refrigeration units.
- Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing the repair and installation of machinery
- Quickly diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in equipment, addressing breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and sanitation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide input on equipment upgrades to improve operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
