Security Guard
- Reports to: Head of Estates
- Location: Oxford
- Salary: £25,000-£28,000
- Type: Full-time
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Oxford.
You must be able to start ASAP, and have an Enhanced DBS!
Main Duties
- Conduct tours to encourage lanyard use and respectful behaviour.
- Supervise behaviour across designated areas.
- Monitor common rooms during break times.
- Handle incidents involving unauthorized individuals on campus.
- Build rapport with individuals, reporting those at risk to the safeguarding team.
- Report breaches of a code of conduct.
- Communicate regularly with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to maintain a safe culture.
Requirements
- Security experience
- Able to start ASAP
- Enhanced DBS
- Full rights to work in the UK
- No previous convictions
