A Dorset based Local Authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer who is wanting to join a borough known for it's sandy beaches, quaint villages and rolling hills! 🌊 ⛰️ 🏡
It's also home to one of England's first seaside resort's, so your weekends are likely to feel like a staycation break away! 🏖️
For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:
🏡Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints.
🏡 Investigating HMO's.
🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.
🏡 Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.
This is a 3 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections.
