Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

The role involves being at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your role will involve talking to potential buyers, arranging property viewings, conducting negotiations and following up the sale through to completion.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include: 

• Previous Estate Agency sales experience essential
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Horsham area helpful
• Full UK Driving License and own car
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
