Sales & Forwarding Coordinator
Location: Immingham
Salary: £28-£35k
Hours: Mon-Fri
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Logistics company in the Immingham area who are looking for a confident Sales & Forwarding Coordinator to join their busy, growing team.
The role:
- Liaise and negotiable prices with subcontractors
- Take booking and create on the internal software
- Administration duties- filing/answering calls/emails/queries
- Issuing sales invoices to customers
- Passing purchase orders
- Spot quotes using an in-house tariff system
- Customer Service duties
You will need:
- Administration skills
- Methodical thinker
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- IT Literate
- Confident and approachable
- Ability to work towards deadlines and KPI's
