Our clients a leading accounting and business advisory firm, are seeking a Business Services Manager who will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that thrives on innovation, client focus, and professional growth.

You will be working closely with venture capital (VC) backed start-ups and growing owner-managed businesses, providing a comprehensive range of outsourced financial services. 

The Business Services Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for the portfolio of clients dealt with by the department as well as the team members within it, reporting directly to the partners.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management Accounts and Board Reports
  • Implementing Cloud Accounting Packages
  • Innovation and Improvement of Systems and Software
  • VAT Returns
  • Management of Team
  • Training and Development
  • Statutory Accounts

Ideal candidates would have:

Qualified ACA or ACCA

Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice.

At least 1 years’ experience of managing team members and clients.

Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of Excel.

Experience of cloud accounting packages e.g. Xero, QuickBooks

Curiosity and interest in accounting technology

Wide range of sector experience
