Site Services Manager

Salary £45,000 to £48,000 plus Benefits

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of up to 9 engineering personnel across various disciplines, ensuring all activities on site are supported.
• Oversee Engineering Compliance and Health & Safety, maintaining and updating all necessary documentation.
• Manage Facilities projects, ensuring the infrastructure of the building and grounds are well maintained.
• Act as the site responsible person for HSB insurance compliance, waste management, and ISO 14001.
• Lead on ISO 14001 site insurance visits and manage the day-to-day operations of Ancillary functions.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, and lead and support improvement projects and initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

• HNC certification or Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering; HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Over 6 years of engineering experience, with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven planning expertise and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Engineering Compliance and managing projects within the food manufacturing industry.
