Senior Application Support Manager (Platform Owner)

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Application Support Manager (Platform Owner) to join our dynamic team and take charge of our strategic business platforms, focusing on Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration technologies. What will you be doing?

  • Leading & Optimising: Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and ERP platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success.
  • Collaborating & Innovating: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements.
  • Integrating & Managing: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
  • Strategy & Implementing: Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Monitoring & Improving: Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Guiding & Mentoring: Provide technical leadership, best practices guidance, and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What are we looking for?

  • Technical Expertise: Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of ERP and integration technologies.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customisation, and integration
  • Leadership: Extensive experience of leading and managing teams and stakeholders; ability to provide technical expertise 
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys mentoring and has a positive mindset.
