I am currently recruiting on behalf of a main contractor who is building a large residential project, which includes a very high end retirement living complex.
The project is currently in need of a facade manager to manage the facade and external package of the build. This package is predominantly brickwork as the bulk of the build is traditional.
The successful facade manager will be one who has come from a background of engineering, and may be a current senior engineer looking to progress, or current externals/facade manager looking for a change.
