As the Cleaning Frontline Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cleaning operation across the allocated at one of our client's sites in Harrow.

This includes managing cleaning teams, ensuring cost control, and maintaining the highest cleaning standards across the areas you're responsible for.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide operatives to achieve service levels
• Completion of daily check sheet for the areas under his/her responsibility
• Clean auditing the areas under his/her responsibility
• Respond to cleaning requests as required
• Periodic cleaning as per specification
• Follow company procedures and systems as laid down in the Employment handbook
• Always adhere to specific Client’s security procedures and policies
• Maintain relationships with customers and fellow employees

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Ideally supervisory experience and having worked in the cleaning sector before
• Good customer services skills
• Problem solving skills
