Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager, ideally with a consultancy background.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in all situations.
- Ability to proactively and positively respond to client needs and report directly to them.
- Solid understanding of construction technology to carry out quality inspections and reports.
- Experience in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT), and project administration.
- Experience in the industrial, education, and/or multi-room sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Candidates should either hold a professional qualification or be working towards one, with strong support provided for RICS or MCIOB chartership.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects.
- A self-starter attitude with drive, determination, and creativity.
