You'll be responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of engineers to ensure they deliver customer experience while adhering to industry standards.

This role would suit someone with a background in Engineering within the Fire or Security industry looking for a supervisory position in a company that provide support, personal growth and generous benefits.

THE ROLE:

• Supervise and lead the engineering team, monitoring performance and implementing training plans
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Establish quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met
• Onsite role

THE PERSON:

• Background in Engineering within the Security or Fire Industry
• Background in or seeking supervisory roles
• Full UK driving license
