What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in handling various PC and laptop hardware
- Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Familiarity with Windows Server (2012-2022)
- Basic skills in firewall and router management
- Competence in Microsoft 365 usage and support
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts like DHCP and DNS
- Experience with Security tools (EDR/Spam and web filtering)
- Stellar customer service skills with prior customer-facing experience
