Caddy Group are looking to speak with Freelance Quantity Surveyors for 8 months work in Ashford with an immediate start.
You must be able to:
- Deal with subcontractors, claims, queries etc.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects.
- Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour and timeframes.
- Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities.
