Location: London – East/West

Salary: £350 - £400 CIS or Limited

Project Details

• East and West London
• Project value from £3 - £10 million
•  From 5 – 7 storey RC frames and ground works projects
• Enabling packages

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables for each construction phase.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project workflow and high-quality results.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage resources effectively, and ensure that projects stay within budget while maximizing profitability.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working as a PM from a Subcontracting background is essential
• Obtains a civil engineering degree
• Experience with RC frames and ground works
