Ideally we are looking for an agency individual who has a strong background in client services, client retention and growing marketing accounts. You will be a customer focused individual who is interested in the more commercial side of growing accounts, this is not a business development role, but we are looking for a balance of client management, marketing knowledge and commercial acumen. Your role will be to review the client portfolio, set the strategy to grow the accounts, work with your team as they will predominately execute the strategy. As Head of Client Development this will be a senior role in the team.

About You:

• Background within agency and some understanding of events would be ideal
• Strong on setting the growth strategy for existing accounts
• Evidence of retaining and growing accounts
• Management of a team and driven success through individuals
• Strong background in client services

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting the strategy for individual accounts
• Working with the team on executing the strategy
• Growing accounts YOY and retaining clients
• Delivering revenue and profit targets

Where You'll Be Based:

This role is hybrid and can be predominately home based. Ideally you will be Northern based as your office will be commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Huddersfield and York
