Experience:

• Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those experiencing\homelessness. ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
• UK driving license.

Requirements:

• Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse and/ or Homelessness
• Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
• Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
