Your Chartered Building Surveying duties include leading building surveying projects; mentoring juniors; advising clients on costs, maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, dilapidations, and party wall matters; conducting building inspections; contract administration; preparing specifications; obtaining tenders; and managing project timelines, budgets, and responses.
